pier fairhope again

hi again!

We went out in service in Stapleton Yesterday morning. With Martha and James.

And at the end of the day we went to the pier again. Actually we would go to the pier and have supper/dinner with a couple of brothers and sisters. But a lot had to do other things, so eventually we went with martha and james (son and daughter in law of the falk's) to the pier and ate in the Restaurant at the pier which is called: Yardarm. A Yardarm is the part (at least of the really big sialboats its called like this) the bottom of the sail is attached to.

We had fish, and french fries.. at least they did, I had crab crawls:) But it took 'm like forever to get us our dinner served, for there had been a party in the restaurant..

From our table we could see the sunset since the water surrounded us. I'd like to make a house out of the restaurant..You can see as far as you want.! Although I don't think I'd like to be there in times of hurricanes and so on..

After dinner we walked on the pier for a bit and after that we went home, all tired.

Here are some pictures I made, some are simular to the ones from last Saturday, so I won't post them all.

We'll go to Dave and Darcy in an hour or so. Dave's the Falk's son and Darcy's his wife. Darcy has a little girl named Lauren. We'll go over for a barbeque:)

Tomorrow I probably will help paint the house. One side of the house's not peach-coloured yet. And larry has a lot of things on his list so I can help out by painting it:) And then finally to the beach wednesday!

And we have put out the peeps (see picture of little bird) today, they were all getting too smelly and too big to stay in the box..I think my mum's right about what they're in Dutch.. Probably Parelhoenders. It's said that they're eat twice their weight in mosquito's. So that wouldn't be too bad if they did so!
