Well this is it I guess, I've packed everything, only small tiny things in my handlugagge and I'm ready to go..
Maybe Jasmin and her grandma stop by and Mary Diane might too, to say goodbye and then it's over!
I said goodbye to everyone in the congregation, and nobody cried..which was a good thing because that would have made me cry too. Yesterday we had the funeral of Martha's daddy. It was a HUGE funeral, he has over a 120 children, grandchildren, and grand grandchildren! plus the friends from around the area. Afterwards we ent to the community center to bring the dish we made for the family lunch, we weren't planning on staying but they invited us, so we stayed. This way I got to visit again with some of the friends and say goodbye for the 3rd time.
Last night Brian&Brian wanted to go and eat out with some of the friends, but everybody exept the three of us had other plans, so we went to ruby's tuesdays and larry and birdie joined us later on. After that birdie and ALrry went to Walmart and we went back and fort in Bay Minette, loking for the Co's phone, and we also brought the literature for the next two months to the kingdomhall.
After that it was really goodbye:( and now I'm almost packed and ready to go.
My flight leaves at 2.25am out of Mobile, and my next flight out of Houston takes of at 19.07 pm. I'll fly during the night and arrive at 11.50am local time in Amsterdam.

I like to thank all the brs and srs in the bay minette congregation for their love and friendship they offered Merel. Merel told me that she will continue this blog for here friends in the US so to everybody who reads this thank you for making such a good time for our girl. Love to you all.

Got your email and thought I would post a comment for you and your Mom, Marga. We really enjoyed getting to know you, and miss you already. It just didn't seem the same at the meeting Thursday night since you weren't there.
It is so nice to meet brothers and sisters from other parts of the world and to know that the love of the brotherhood is so strong, and how we are instantly bonded by the love of Jehovah.
Merel, you are a very nice sister, and we had a great time going on the swamp tour with you and having you in the Bay Minette congregation. We hope to see you and your family again in the future. Until then, keep serving Jehovah and remember the love of your southern family here in Bay Minette, Alabama. We will miss you!!! And as they say here in the south "Y'all come back know, ya here?!" ;-)

I have a new kitten. His name is PUMPKIN because he is the color of a pumpkin. My other cat BUCKY hisses at PUMPKIN. PUMPKIN is a boy.
I miss you so much, Merel. Hope you come to see us again.
